Curtis Advises Terna Group on the Sale of its Latin America Power Transmission Assets to CDPQ

Curtis Italy provided legal assistance in the negotiation and execution of a share purchase agreement for Terna Group in the sale of 100% of its portfolio of power transmission assets in Brazil, Peru and Uruguay to CDPQ for an equity value of over EUR 265 million.

The Curtis team was led by partner Dino Dima and included associates Simone Castelli and Francesca Angelilli, as well as trainees Andrea Ferrara Fierro and Erica Sotgiu, all based in Rome.
