Curtis Advises Trigon Agri A/S on $165 Million Share Offering Curtis represented Trigon Agri A/S on an issue and private placement of ordinary shares in a transaction valued at 105 million Euros (approximately $165 million) and resulted in a market capitalization of 194 million Euros (approximately $300 million). Trigon Agri A/S is a Danish agri-business holding, investing in cereals and dairy farms in Russia, Ukraine and the Baltic States, and is admitted to trading at the Nasdaq OMX First North in Stockholm (First North: TAGR). Curtis was led in this transaction by London partner Eero Rautalahti, supported by Jeffrey Ostrager (New York) in U.S. securities law and investment company issues, and by Marco Blanco (New York) in U.S. tax issues. Other Curtis partners and counsel on this matter include Tom Mackay, Marjena Fidalgo-Sokalski and David Hesse in London.
