Marjena Anderson focuses her practice on banking and finance, has extensive experience in a wide range of cross-border finance transactions and also advises on corporate and commercial matters.

Banking and Finance

Ms. Anderson’s practice covers international banking and finance transactions in Western, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America, including various types of syndicated and bilateral corporate lending, project finance, acquisition finance, trade and commodity finance, receivables financing and other structured finance, Eurobonds and other debt securities issues, refinancing and other debt financing transactions. She also advises on corporate and commercial matters.

Contracts Expertise

Ms. Anderson advises clients on term sheets, mandate and engagement letters, syndicated and bilateral term and revolving credit agreements, Loan Market Association (LMA) documentation, guarantees, waivers, amendment agreements and participation agreements. She also handles a variety of security documents such as debentures and charges over various types of assets, intercreditor and security sharing agreements, subordination deeds and trust deeds.

Ms. Anderson has extensive experience with complex senior, mezzanine and junior facilities agreements and inter-creditor arrangements in international transactions. In addition, she handles Eurobond documentation, project agreements, such as supply and off-take agreements, and a wide range of commercial contracts, including sale and purchase agreements, put option and call option agreements and other commercial contracts, as well as legal opinions on documents governed by English law.
