Curtis Announces Promotions across Four Offices

New York, February 1, 2017 – Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP has announced the promotion of a new partner and three new counsel across four of its offices in Mexico City, Dubai, New York and Milan.

The firm’s new partner is based in its Mexico City office:

  • Mr. Antonio De Lisi is an experienced corporate and finance lawyer. He focuses his practice on project development and finance, corporate and structured finance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and energy and natural resources matters in Mexico, the United States and Latin America. Mr. De Lisi earned his LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School and his LL.B. from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and joined Curtis in 2004.


Curtis also announced the promotion of three lawyers to counsel: Patrick Callinan in Dubai, Douglas Ian Glazer in New York, and Edouardo Zucchelli in Milan.

  • Mr. Patrick Callinan is an English-qualified attorney based in Dubai with a focus on advising corporations on acquisitions, disposals and other transactions within the Middle East and internationally. He has experience in oil and gas related exploration and production contracts, as well as advising governments and oil and gas regulatory authorities on contract administration and oversight. He also advises international hospitality clients on franchising and licensing matters and on their expansion into the GCC region; and food and beverage related clients within the GCC on their day-to-day operations. Patrick studied both French literature and law at the National University of Ireland, Galway and at the Université de Caen Normandie, and joined Curtis in 2013.
  • Mr. Douglas Ian Glazer represents public and private clients in corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financings, with a focus on the middle market. He joined Curtis in 2005 and in 2016 was an important team member in the Firm’s represention of Chop’t Creative Salad Company in connection with an investment by L Catterton and The Hain Celestial Group, Inc., which won the 2016 M&A Advisor Awards Private Equity Deal of the Year. Mr. Glazer obtained his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
  • Mr. Edoardo Zucchelli is a Milan based litigation lawyer. He focuses his practice primarily on complex commercial litigations, contracts, corporate transactions and economic sanctions. His areas of expertise also include advising sovereign wealth funds and public entities, and on real estate and developments projects. Mr. Zucchelli joined Curtis in 2012, and is fluent in English and Italian. He earned his law degree from Università degli Studi di Bologna, and also holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School.
