Douglas Glazer is a partner in the Private Equity and Venture Capital, Mergers and Acquisitions and Antitrust and Competition practice groups.

Mr. Glazer’s practice includes providing a wide range services for his clients, including representing public and private clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and securities transactions, as well as advising on business formation and general corporate and commercial matters.

As a member of the Antitrust and Competition Group, Mr. Glazer assists clients in preparing Hart-Scott-Rodino and other regulatory filings and guides companies through the U.S. merger clearance process.
