Curtis Argentina recognized for its work on Viterra Limited's US$34 billion strategic merger

Curtis Argentina has been recognized at the 15th annual Global Competition Review (GCR) Awards, for its work on the Merger Control Matter of the Year – Americas award.

The US$34 billion strategic merger of Viterra Limited and Bunge Limited has created an innovative global agribusiness company to meet market demands and better serve farmers and end-customers.

Esteban Daireux led the team advising Viterra in Argentina, which comprised partner Manuel Lanusse and associate Barbara Garcia Hamilton.
