Curtis assists Direzione Lavoro Group on its compliance with European Sustainability Reporting Requirements, supporting its transition to B. Corp status

Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP advised Direzione Lavoro Group S.p.A. on a project aimed at ensuring compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), strengthening ESG integration, and supporting the company’s transition to Benefit Corporation status.

The mandate focuses on reviewing and enhancing internal procedures, defining ESG KPIs, and collecting internal sustainability impact data, with the objective of preparing the company’s first sustainability report in line with the evolving European regulatory framework.

On December 10th, 2025 the Curtis team presented the project’s initial findings and the operational roadmap to the Board of Directors. Curtis will continue to assist Direzione Lavoro Group S.p.A. throughout the CSRD implementation process, the preparation of sustainability reporting, and the achievement of SB status and B-Corp certification.

Curtis acted with a team led by Counsel Gaia Morelli and composed of associate Teresa Massaro and trainee Federica Rocco, with the support of outside Counsel Cristiana Serva on ESG-related and strategic matters.
