Curtis Attorneys Featured at ASIL 2025 Annual Meeting

Curtis attorneys will participate in the 2025 Annual Meeting of the American Society of International Law (ASIL), which will take place from April 16-April 18.

  • Associate Belén Ibañez, one of the co-chairs of the Annual Meeting, has led all aspects of planning the 2025 Annual Meeting in collaboration with her fellow co-chairs. Ms. Ibañez is also co-chair of ASIL’s Dispute Resolution Interest Group and will co-chair the Dispute Resolution Interest Group Business Meeting on Thursday, April 17 from 12.00 pm to 1.00pm (ET).
  • Partner Simon Batifort will moderate the panel “ISDS Reform at UNCITRAL WGIII: Promising Enterprise or Doomed to Fail? — A Debate” on Thursday, April 17 from 2.00 pm to 3:00 pm (ET).
  • Partner Luciana Ricart will speak on the panel “Rulemaking in the Practice of International Law” on Thursday, April 17 from 10.30 am to 11.30 am (ET).
  • Associates Marija Ozolins and Sara Dangón have played a key role in planning several panels of the conference as members of the 2025 Annual Meeting Committee.
