Curtis International Arbitration Attorneys Recommended by Lexology Index Arbitration Report 2025

Once again, Curtis attorneys from the firm’s market leading international arbitration practice have been recognized in the Lexology Index International Arbitration Report 2025.

Listed on the Arbitration main list once again for the USA is Chairman George Kahale III, as well as partners Simon Batifort, Claudia Frutos-Peterson and Borzu Sabahi. For Switzerland, partner Sebastiano Nessi has been listed again alongside Anna Kozmenko who rejoined the firm this year.

Partners Irene Petrelli (Milan) and Luciana Ricart (London) are again recognized as Arbitration Future Leaders (Partners), and joined this year by New York based Susan Maples and Fernando Tupa, based in New York/Buenos Aires. Milan based Renato Treves has also been recognized for the second consecutive year as a Future Leader (Non-Partner).
