Curtis Deal Recognized by Global M&A Network

A transaction Curtis’ Restructuring and Insolvency and Corporate departments advised in has been recognized by Global M&A Network.

Macquarie Capital and Techint Engineering’s acquisition and finance of Norte III project from Abengoa won for Cross Border Special Situation M&A Deal (Large Mid-Market 250-750m) as part of the organization’s Turnaround Atlas Awards series.
