Curtis Recognized in Latest Chambers USA 2025 Guide

Curtis has once again been recognized by Chambers USA in its newly released 2025 guide. Group and individual recognition was maintained from last year and also gained across practices, including the firm's 'powerhouse' arbitration team and 'premier' funds group.

The disputes team has been highly ranked in the International Arbitration: The Elite and International Arbitration: Counsel categories, with client accolades such as; "Curtis is a powerhouse in investor state arbitration" and "they work meticulously in collecting all facts and information required to prepare the case. They provide their honest advice about what is best for the customer and not their potential revenues." Individual attorneys in this category were also praised for their work, Chairman George Kahale III was described as "a great advocate, who is very persuasive and well prepared." Washington, D.C. managing partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson and partner Justin Jacinto were also ranked for their international disputes practices.

The Curtis team was additionally recognized for Private Equity: Fund Formation, as clients commented: "Curtis, Mallet-Prevost has extensive experience in the subject and resourcefulness to achieve understanding between the different actors" and "They are a premier group in fund formation." New York partner Shaun Reader was individually recognized for his commendable international work in Curtis' funds group.
