Curtis Represents Leonardo Venture in the Sale of InovisProject GmbH

Curtis Frankfurt advised German listed venture capital firm Leonardo Venture GmbH & Co. KGaA in the sale of its portfolio company InovisProject GmbH to the Dutch company Impossible B.V. The transaction closed on January 1, 2013. InovisProject GmbH produces coated products through a special multilayer coating system, in particular coated products for the production of films for cameras. The engagement was led by Partners Dr. Markus Söhnchen and Christian Fingerhut (tax) and included associate Dmitrij Kalaschnikov.
