Experienced German Tax partner Christian Fingerhut focuses on national and international tax law and transaction services.
Mr. Fingerhut advises domestic and international clients on tax-efficient planning, structuring and implementation of private equity and merger and acquisition transactions, as well as counselling on financial and corporate restructuring, with a particular focus on distressed situations. His experience also includes tax optimization of transfer pricing and structured finance business models and he has notable expertise in the structuring and issuing of funds and securities.
Mr. Fingerhut is qualified as a lawyer and certified tax advisor in Germany.
