Curtis with Autodoc in the opening of its Italian subsidiary

International law firm Curtis Mallet Prevost Colt & Mosle LLP assisted Autodoc SE in the opening of its Italian subsidiary. Autodoc SE is one of the leading online retailers of vehicle parts and accessories in Europe. Over the past five years, Autodoc has shown an average annual net sales increase of around 26 per cent. In 2023, the turnover amounted to 1.3 billion euros and adjusted EBITDA to more than 130 million euros. Autodoc is active in 27 European countries and employs around 5,000 people at ten locations in Germany, France, Kazakhstan, Luxembourg, Moldova, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic and Ukraine. Curtis’ professionals took care of all legal aspects, including corporate and employment matters.
