Milan-based counsel Marco Guilizzoni advises on all aspects of commercial and corporate law, with particular experience in employment and intellectual property law as they affect corporate transactions.

Labor Law

Mr. Guilizzoni assists clients on the full range of labor law issues at the various stages of the employment relationship. At the beginning of the employment relationship, this entails the negotiation and drafting of contracts and agreements and advice on remuneration, indemnities and stock options plans. During the course of the employment relationship, he advises on issues such as interpersonal relations, disciplinary proceedings, mobbing, accidents, demotions, etc. He also provides advice on legal issues arising at the end of the relationship, including voluntary resignation, individual and collective dismissals, and other aspects of employment termination, including contentious matters arising from the employment relationship before administrative tribunals and judicial authorities.

Intellectual Property

Mr. Guilizzoni’s domestic and cross-border intellectual property practice includes the various aspects of patent, trademark, copyright law, domain names and other legal areas related to technology. His experience also includes judicial proceedings arising from intellectual property law.

Litigation

Mr. Guilizzoni has experience in disputes, specifically in the arbitration field with a particular focus in litigation on civil, real estate, insurance, condominium, banking, company, commercial, credit recovery, administrative (public tenders and custom) law.

Tax Law

Mr. Guilizzoni assists clients with litigation before tax commissions both in fiscal and custom matters.
