On Wednesday, November 6, 2024, London Counsel Lise Johnson, and Washington, D.C. Partner Borzu Sabahi lectured at the International Law Institute (“ILI”)’s training course entitled “Climate Change and Green Finance in International Development.” The topic of the lecture was “International Investment Treaties: Tools or Hurdles for NDC Implementation”. Participants included various professionals from public and private sector coming from Ghana, Kenya, Philippines, Saudia Arabia, South Africa, United States, Zimbabwe, USAID and African Development Bank.
