Elisa Botero Appointed Co-chair of the AIEN’s Hydrogen Joint Development and Operating Agreement Committee

Partner Elisa Botero has been appointed as co-chair of the of the AIEN’s (Association of International Energy Negotiators) Hydrogen Joint Development and Operating Agreement drafting committee. This committee’s objective is to draft an agreement outlining the terms, responsibilities, and procedures necessary to achieve common goals in the evolving hydrogen sector, expanding upon the foundational template established in 2023 and incorporating insights from the ongoing review of the AIEN Model Joint Operating Agreement (JOA).
