Elisa Botero Speaks at Colombia Arbitration Week Program

Partner Elisa Botero participated in a panel on “Expedited International Arbitration Proceedings” as part of the first edition of the Colombia Arbitration Week, which took place on September 16, 2022. During the panel, Ms. Botero discussed expedited and preliminary arbitration proceedings under the U.S. BIT Model (2004, 2012) and the most recent Canada FIPA Model (2021). The program was organized by Colombian Very Young Arbitration Practitioners’ Mentoring Program (COLVYAP) with support from Asociación Latinoamericana de Arbitraje (ALARB), Club Español del Arbitraje (CEA), Centro Internacional de Arbitraje de Madrid (CIAM), Comité Colombiano de Arbitraje, and Young ICCA.
