Fernando Tupa will be speaking at the 4^th Annual Latam Investor-State Arbitration Conference during Miami Arbitration Week.

The conference will take place on November 30, 2025 at 11:45 am (EST). He will be participating in a debate on the following topic: “The Full Protection and Security standard demands a baseline of physical and legal protection that cannot be excused by political considerations or undermined by an investor´s alleged failure to conduct due diligence."
