The recent promotion of one partner and five counsel in Curtis' arbitration practice were featured by Global Arbitration Review in an article published on June 5. Curtis chairman George Kahale was prominently quoted in the story, which discussed the practices of the new partner, Simon Ward (Muscat), and the five new counsel: Virginie Liautaud (Paris); Serena Montalbano (Dubai); Antonio Riva Palacio Lavin (Beijing); Borzu Sabahi (Washington); and Fernando Tupa (Buenos Aires).
