Curtis Italy partner Irene Petrelli will be participating in the opening conference of the DLA Piper Milan Investment Arbitration Pre-Moot on 9 May 2025, in Milan.

Ms. Petrelli will be moderating the panel on “Regulatory measures and compensation: police powers and damages evaluation in investment arbitration,” whilst the whole conference will be addressing the topic of “Navigating investment treaties: adapting to EU shifts and the challenges in the energy sector.”
