Partner Juan Perla will speak on a panel entitled, “The crypto client: relationship management and dispute resolution,” at GAR Live Technology Disputes on February 20, 2025, in New York.
The panel will focus on disputes in the crypto sector from an arbitration perspective. It will examine the state of play in crypto – trends and lessons learned from the market and regulators. The panel will also consider how personalities in the crypto industry may lead to more disputes, and how to manage clients and the media in high-stakes disputes.
