London partner Luciana Ricart will speak at the Annual Conference of SOBAL - Society of British and Argentine Lawyers in partnership with the British Argentine Chamber of Commerce to be held at the Official Residence of the Argentine Ambassador in London on Thursday, 30 November. In her panel on international disputes, energy and climate, Luciana will speak on the effect of investment arbitration on States’ obligations to combat climate change.
