On August 23, 2022, the Curtis Arbitration Group hosted a Spanish language seminar titled “New ICSID Arbitration Rules: Impact on State’s Defense Strategy”.

Arbitration experts from Curtis offices in Washington, D.C., London, New York, Bogotá, and Buenos Aires presented the changes and additions to the ICSID Arbitration Rules that entered into force on July 1, 2022, focusing on strategic considerations for sovereign States in designing their defense strategies in investment disputes.
