NYSBA Features Curtis Article in CLE Program

The New York State Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Section featured an article by Nancy E. Delaney, Jonathan Byer, and Michael S. Schwartz in the program for its CLE seminar, “The Advantages of Mediating Trusts, Estates and Adult Guardianship Disputes,” held on June 23. The article, “Rachal v. Reitz and the Evolution of the Enforceability of Arbitration Clauses in Estate Planning Documents,” was originally published in the Dec. 2013 edition of the ABA's Probate & Property.
