Partner Daniela Della Rosa and associate Kaitlyn Devenyns have published an article in The Fashion Law entitled, “Keeping Up with the Laws of Fashion, Beauty & Luxury Business in Europe.” The article focuses on the rising importance of environmental, social and governance regulations (ESG) in the industry, the EU Commission’s proposal for a directive on green claims, and sustainable fashion circularity being based on eco-design.
