Partners Andy Seiden and Michael Graif Speak at Licensing Executives Society Fall Meeting

Partners Andy Seiden and Michael Graif will participate in a panel at the Licensing Executives Society New York Chapter Fall Meeting. The panel, 'Protecting Licensing Income Streams - Negotiating a Good Deal is no Guarantee!,' will discuss the unanticipated circumstances parties should consider when agreeing on a licensing agreement that could delay or eliminate the anticipated income stream to the parties involved. Michael Graif will serve as moderator and Andy Seiden, alongside Mike Ellis of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and Dr. Stacy Evans of Pfizer, will serve on the panel.
