Andrew H. Seiden advises high-net-worth individuals, family offices, operating companies and corporate groups on M&A transactions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, strategic alliances, commercial agreements, fund investments and entity structure and governance.

A highly experienced M&A and corporate attorney, Mr. Seiden has negotiated M&A transactions and investments in start-up and emerging growth companies across a broad spectrum of industries.

Mr. Seiden serves as legal advisor to high-net-worth individuals across the globe and to their family offices and investment entities, advising with respect to investments, operational matters and entity structure, as well as on succession and governance planning in contemplation of the transition of assets and decision-making from generation to generation.

Utilizing expertise initially developed through his prior roles as general counsel of a digital media company and a business and legal affairs executive of a major motion picture studio, Mr. Seiden has particular expertise with respect to transactions in digital media and advertising, technology and biotech. Mr. Seiden has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association for over a decade and currently serves as the Second Vice Chair of the Section and Co-Chair of its Digital Entertainment Committee.

Mr. Seiden's recent experience includes representing high net-worth-clients in consumer products private equity investments, biotech venture capital transactions and fund investments; representing a pharmaceutical developer in the sale of a majority interest in its product development pipeline and formation of a joint venture entity for product development and production; advising a venture-backed Indian technology company on website and technology acquisitions and its application programming interface (API) and content licensing agreements; representing a vitamin distributor on the sale of its European operations; and representing specialty chemical companies in product line acquisitions and sales.

Represented the Katonah Village Improvement Society in opposing Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia's registration of "Katonah" as a trademark.
