Curtis Trusts and Estates practice chair Robert W. Sheehan and counsel Michael S. Schwartz will present a special webinar, “Estate Planning: Avoiding Common Pitfalls” on Thursday Nov. 12 from 1:00-2:00 pm EST through the Practicing Law Institute.
The webinar will cover some of the latest changes and concerns in estate planning that Mr. Sheehan and Mr. Schwartz raise in their just-published book, the 14th edition of Stocker on Drawing Wills and Trusts, published by PLI. Stocker has been a staple in the libraries of attorneys and estate planners for more than 50 years as a vital planning tool for crafting wills, trusts and other estate planning documents.
You may register for the webinar directly through PLI. The webinar will be available on demand via PLI for one year and offers CLE credit for those eligible.
