Robert W. Sheehan, Michael S. Schwartz and Josh Bergman Co-Author Article on Estate Planning in Light of Potential Estate Tax Reform

Trusts and Estates and Private Client Group attorneys Robert W. Sheehan, Michael S. Schwartz and Josh Bergman have co-authored an article entitled “The Trump Effect: Practical Drafting Tips for Estate Planners in Uncertain Times,” which was published in the Autumn 2017 issue of the Practicing Law Institute’s new publication, The Current. The article analyzes some of the practical ways in which flexibility can be built into estate planning documents in light of potential changes to the estate tax that may result from the recent tax reform efforts in Washington D.C.

Robert W. Sheehan and Michael S. Schwartz are also authors of the 14th edition of the Practicing Law Institute's renowned estate planning treatise, Stocker on Drawing Wills and Trusts.
