Simon Batifort, Partner in the International Arbitration and Public International Law Groups based in New York, Paris, and Brussels, and Andrew Larkin, associate in the Litigation and International Arbitration Groups based in New York, have published a new article on “The Meaning of Silence in Investment Treaties” in the ICSID Review-Foreign Investment Law Journal.
