Simon Batifort Elected as Vice President of ASIL

Curtis is pleased to announce that New York and Brussels partner Simon Batifort has been elected as Vice President of the American Society of International Law (ASIL) during the 2025 Annual Meeting of ASIL that took place in Washington DC on 16-18 April 2025.

Created in 1906, ASIL’s mission is to foster the study of international law and to promote the establishment and maintenance of international relations on the basis of law and justice. Its nearly 4,000 members come from more than 100 nations and include attorneys, academics, corporate counsel, judges, representatives of governments and non-governmental organizations, international civil servants, students, and others interested in international law.
