Simon Batifort Lectures at Queen Mary Executive Course on International Investment Law and Arbitration

Partner Simon Batifort taught a class on national and most-favored-nation treatment on November 9, as part of Queen Mary University of London’s inaugural Executive Course on International Investment Law and Arbitration.

The course, delivered online over 10 weeks, offers a comprehensive study of the law and practice of international investment arbitration for government lawyers, representatives from governmental institutions and local authorities, judges, treaty negotiators and other officials.
