Simon Batifort Speaks at the Paris Global Disputes Summit 2025

New York and Brussels partner Simon Batifort will be speaking at the 2025 Paris Global Disputes Summit, taking place on 16 September.

Alongside other leading disputes attorneys, Simon Batifort will be participating in the debate "This House Believes That Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) No Longer Serves the Interests of Either Investors or States."

The Global Disputes Summit provides an international platform for legal professionals to engage with leading experts, exchange insights, and gain a deeper understanding of dispute resolution across a range of diverse legal systems.
