Simon Batifort to Speak on Non-Discrimination in International Economic Law at ASIL Annual Meeting

Simon Batifort, Counsel in the International Arbitration Group in New York, will speak at the 112th Annual Meeting of the American Society of International Law in Washington, D.C. on April 5, 2018. His panel will address “The Once and Future Law of Non-Discrimination: Revisiting Most Favored Nation and National Treatment” and will also include Julian Arato (Brooklyn Law School), Emi Nagaoka (Baba & Sawada, formerly Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs), Federico Ortino (King’s College), Jennifer Thornton (formerly USTR), and Tania Voon (University of Melbourne).
