Ana I. Gallo

Ms. Gallo is a transactional lawyer with vast experience in multijurisdictional operations, having participated in transactions with local and foreign clients in the U.S., Europe and Latin America on matters involving corporate, finance, real estate, and energy law issues.

Ms. Gallo has represented clients in a variety of industries ranging from hydrocarbons production and upgrading, refining and infrastructure development projects to hotel, entertainment and architecture ventures. She has also assisted governmental authorities and companies in Latin America on regulatory matters. She has significant experience representing family offices and high-net-worth individuals in their foreign investments.

Ms. Gallo was an associate in the firm’s New York office from 2001 through 2007, when she moved to Argentina to assist in the opening of the Buenos Aires office.
