Carmine Gravina is a partner in the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions groups. His practice focuses on advising Italian and international clients on energy, infrastructure, real estate and corporate matters, as well as on cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Gravina's energy and infrastructure experience includes advising on the acquisition and operation of solar and wind plants in Italy. He has also extensively advised international energy conglomerates in connection with some of the largest public private partnership (PPP), build, develop, operate (BDO) and other types of public tender processes recently promoted in several African countries for the design, construction and financing of renewable energy projects.
Mr. Gravina regularly assists private and public companies and investment funds on all phases of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, cross-border acquisitions, and international joint ventures. He also regularly advises investment funds in the acquisition of real estate assets and portfolios, in Italy and abroad.
He brings a depth of knowledge and experience in corporate law to clients requiring advice on major mergers and acquisitions, complex international investments and infrastructure projects, and to those looking for general corporate and commercial advice across a broad range of industries and markets.
