Partner Francesco Caccioppoli has broadly based litigation experience in the civil and administrative courts and regulatory hearings, and is distinguished by his experience in public sector procurement and tenders.
Mr. Caccioppoli’s practice focuses on advising public and private companies, and public authorities, on administrative law in judicial and extra-judicial contexts, notably in procedures for contracting of works, services or supplies for public services, public works and infrastructure. He has particular expertise in the awarding of public procurement contracts, including invitation to tender, specifications, contracts, project financing agreements, agreements with local authorities and evaluations of litigation.
Mr. Caccioppoli has represented public and private companies in administrative and civil courts on issues concerning public tenders, management of public works, management of public services and procedures against the actions of regulatory authorities.
