Mr. Cordiano’s experience spans a wide range of litigation fields, including commercial, insurance and directors and officers (D&O) liabilities, both in Italy and abroad, also in the context of restructuring and bankruptcy/insolvency procedures. He assisted and advised Italian and foreign companies in cross-border and multijurisdictional disputes and negotiations as well.

Mr. Cordiano also has experience in commercial contracts involving Italian and foreign clients and cross-border transactions.
