Nicolás Ayarragaray focuses his practice on corporate transactions, real estate development and financing, and complex commercial contracts. His experience includes transactional and commercial matters in international and regulated environments across civil and common law jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Curtis in 2026, he served for over seven years as a Senior Regional Counsel at WeWork. Based in London, São Paulo, and Buenos Aires, he advised on commercial and real estate strategic projects across Europe, Latin America, and Asia. He previously worked an associate at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal.
Nicolás holds a law degree from the Universidad de San Andrés, Argentina. He is admitted to practice in Buenos Aires and passed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination 1 (England and Wales) in the top global quintile.
