T. Barry Kingham

Mr. Kingham’s practice encompasses a broad range of matters, including securities, contracts, trusts and will contests, taxation, professional liability, defamation and business torts. He has represented corporations and individuals in enforcement proceedings by U.S. regulatory agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in securities law and business fraud cases and has acted for foreign entities and individuals in civil and criminal matters in the United States, with particular experience in representing English, French, Swiss, Mexican, Brazilian and Russian clients. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Kingham was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and then Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division and Executive U.S. Attorney. He began his legal career as a trial lawyer in the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, with service in Vietnam and Washington, D.C. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
