Yerzhan Mukhitdinov is an associate in the Corporate group. His practice includes Kazakh civil, corporate and commercial law issues. Currently he focuses on legal issues in the energy sector.
Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Mukhitdinov worked for several years as an in-house lawyer in the Kazakh telecommunication company-monopolist, where he focused on corporate and commercial law issues. He supervised and coordinated state procurement procedures; monitored external economic transactions and transactions concerning telecom trunk network construction; and represented the company's interests with authorities with respect to tariff regulation and other issues.
