Claudia Frutos-Peterson and Juan Carlos Boué Teach Sessions at Georgetown's Institute of International Economic Law

Partners Claudia Frutos-Peterson and Juan Carlos Boué will be teaching and have recently taught sessions in training programs organized by Georgetown's Institute of International Economic Law on investor-state arbitration.

Claudia Frutos-Peterson will be speaking as part of the training program for developing competencies in investor-state dispute resolution. The seminar will be for government officials and held in Bogotá on Saturday March 7, addressing the topics of hearings and post-hearing proceedings, as well as pleadings in investor-state arbitrations.

Juan Carlos Boué's session took place on February 13, which addressed “Other substantive standards of investment protection: national treatment/minimum standard under international law, most favoured nation provisions and umbrella clauses” and “Quantification of damages”.
