Curtis Chosen as Finalist for Two M&A Advisor Awards

Curtis is a finalist for two awards in the 10th Annual M&A Advisor Awards, which recognize the top M&A professionals. The M&A Advisor has chosen the acquisition of Marquis Jet Holdings, Inc. by NetJets Inc. as a finalist for Sector Transaction of the Year for Consumer Services and for Upper Middle-Market Deal of the Year (from $400 million up to $1 billion).

The winners will be announced at the Awards Gala on December 13, 2011, at the New York Athletic Club.

The Curtis team was led by partner Timothy Barnes and included partners Jerrold Bregman, Valarie Hing, Evan Borenstein, Andy Seiden, Turner Smith; and associates Heather Elizabeth Saydah, Doug Glazer, Brad Doline, Peter Buenger and Josh Holt.
