Curtis client, Flextronics International Ltd., announced on Monday, October 1, 2007, the closing of its acquisition of Solectron Corporation, in a cash and stock deal valued at approximately $3.6 billion. As a result of the acquisition, Flextronics has the broadest worldwide electronics manufacturing services capabilities, with pro forma annual revenues in excess of $30 billion.
