Curtis Represents Leonardo Venture in its Participation in Cartago Software

Curtis represented German venture capitalist Leonardo Venture GmbH & Co. KGaA in its equity participation and further financing of German business documentation and output management company Cartago Software GmbH. The financing consisted of Leonardo Venture taking a 33.3% shareholding in Cartago (via an increase in the capital stock), a payment into the company's additional paid-in capital and the provision of a shareholder loan. The transaction closed in May 2011. The Curtis team was led by partner Dr. Markus Söhnchen (Frankfurt) and consisted of partner Marc V. Kramer (Frankfurt) and associate Kim Rissel (Frankfurt).
