Kim Rissel

Mr. Rissel has represented numerous domestic and international companies, private equity firms and pension funds in connection with complex domestic, cross-border and multijurisdictional merger and acquisition transactions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, divestitures, spin-offs and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Rissel also has extensive experience in advising equity investors, pension funds, management teams, financial advisers, venture capital firms, pension funds, emerging growth companies and entrepreneurs in connection with private financings and equity investments.

Mr. Rissel’s work includes not only advising companies and entrepreneurs on the major corporate milestones but also deep involvement in day-to-day operations and strategic business issues, including structuring and formation, governance, and a variety of commercial agreements.
