Fuad Zarbiyev Wins Prize for Outstanding PhD Thesis

New York Associate Fuad Zarbiyev was awarded a prize for Outstanding PhD Thesis by the International Law Unit of the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva. His thesis is entitled 'The Interpretive Discourse in Modern International Law: A Genealogical Inquiry.'
