Partner Borzu Sabahi Speaks on Panel in Tashkent Law Spring International Legal Forum in the Republic of Uzbekistan

On 17 May 2023, Washington, D.C. Partner Borzu Sabahi spoke on a panel in Tashkent Law Spring International Legal Forum in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The subject of the panel discussion was "Alternative Dispute Resolution: from Mediation to Arbitration.” A number of topics were covered by the panelists ranging from third party funding, to investment treaties of Central Asian States. Mr. Sabahi spoke about assessment of damages and the related work of the UNCITRAL Working Group III.
