Simon Batifort Speaks on ASIL Panel about the Role of Translation and Interpretation in International Dispute Settlement

Partner Simon Batifort will participate in a panel discussion, “Lost in Translation: The Pivotal Role of Translation and Interpretation in International Dispute Settlement,” on October 27, 2022, co-sponsored by the American Society of International Law. Mr. Batifort’s fellow panelists include academics, legal counsel from ICSID, and international adjudicators, who will explore the importance of translation and interpretation in investor-state arbitration and other international disputes.
